# 403 Error – Plugin No Longer Working

 * This plugin has been working fine with no issues. I noticed today it was no longer
   displaying reviews. Now, when I go to test, I receive:
    “403 Forbidden
 * ScrapeAZon could not connect to Amazon or was otherwise unable to retrieve data
   from Amazon. Please check your Internet connectivity, your ScrapeAZon settings,
   your country code, and your shortcode configuration.”
 * I checked my Amazon key and password but its still not working. I also upgraded
   the plugin to the latest and now on WordPress 4.8 but it did not fix.

 * Thanks for using ScrapeAZon. The 403 Forbidden error is typically caused by one
   of the following:
 * * Bad credentials
    * Credentials that have been disabled by the Amazon Associates
   program * Credentials that are being used for the wrong Amazon International 
   site
 * You might verify with the Amazon Associates program/AWS that your credentials
   are still valid and working for the country code you’re using to pull reviews.
