 * When someone submits a comment containing html, gets the error
 * > 403 error: Forbidden

   > not found.
 * It is looking for [http:///comments-post.php](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/403-error-on-comments-with-html/?output_format=md)
   When it should be looking for [http://blog.jim.com/comments-post.php](http://blog.jim.com/comments-post.php)
 * Somehow, when someone submits a comment containing html, the server name gets
   lost.

 * And yes, I have tried reinstalling wordpress, changing themes, removing all plugins,
   and removing .htaccess.
 * Somewhere in the code, I don’t know where, the blog address is not being inserted.
   Perhaps some obscure entry in the database is not set, for the only way I can
   see this bug surviving through reinstalls is if the problem is in the database.
