403 error, not curl (2 posts)

I'm suddenly getting a 403 error. The snippet I'm trying to add (I apologize if the topic causes your eyes to glaze over):

While there has been a slight tendency to interpret the FMLA in favor of employees, there is significant case law to make it very clear that there are many cases where FMLA is not applicable. Since Mr. Tellis could just as easily have called his wife from work, there was obviously no need for him to be off from work when providing this "psychological comfort." I'm surprised this one even got past the Superior Court level.

Anyone got any idea what word is causing the 403?

Edit: I went out and did a word-by-word add of the original. It's the word "psychological" regardless of whether or not I put it in quotation marks. What's wrong with this word?
