403 error for some users

    Some but not all users are reporting a 403 error immediately after submitting the form.

    I have been unable to replicate the problem myself. I submitted several test forms, while logged out of the site as well as while logged in, both with and without attachments, and mine went through without errors.

    I am using WordPress v3.8.1 and FS Contact Form v4.0.18 with a slightly modified Twenty Twelve theme (all I changed is some colours).

    Any ideas?

    A short time ago, I contacted one of the individuals who’d been having this problem and asked him to send me an email through the same website’s main Contact page, selecting Webmaster as the contact. He had no problem with that and I did receive the email.

    The form in question at http://kvmf.ca/?page_id=101 is a more complex form than the one on the main Contact page. The one on the main Contact page uses the default fields, with several choices for the contact.
