I can’t reach .svg star images, the browser inspector reports a 403 error (forbidden). It looks like a permission issue, but I did nothing different from usual and all plugins run well.
Do you have any suggestions?

You may also be using a security plugin which is restricting the SVG file type. Have you performed the “Basic Troubleshooting Steps” on the Site Reviews > Help page? You may want to do that as it will help you track down if an installed plugin or theme is responsible.

Finally I found out that there was a htaccess file in wpcontent folder which blocked svg files.
