# 403 error

 * When clicking on a single image from the slider plugin, my site goes to a 403
   error page. This is the only link that does this on the entire site. I already
   tried fixing file permissions and htaccess files, but nothing seems to be working.
   Is there something wrong with the way this plugin links to an internal wordpress
   page by chance?

 * Thanks! That is a 403 error from hostgator. I have seen this problem in the past
   and I did contact hostgator about it. They told me to have their customer contact
   them (866.96.GATOR – [https://support.hostgator.com](https://support.hostgator.com))
   and they can adjust the “mod_sec” rule on your site. Hope this helps!
