# 403 error

 * Hi all,
 * Not sure what I did wrong, but I have broken my site. I was installing a couple
   of new themes to try on for size and suddenly, I get the following error.
    _ 
   Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
 * Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * I went onto my FTP site and removed all of the new themes I had uploaded. But
   it didn’t do any good.
 * Does anyone have ideas of what I might try? I am not a coder, so I am kind of
   clueless at the moment.
 * All help is appreciated!

 * Also cannot get to my admin page at all.

 * Can you revert to Twenty Thirteen theme and see if it resolves the issue? If 
   you cannot login to your dashboard, you may need to use FTP/cPanel to rename 
   your themes so that your site opens using the default theme. Also, try to contact
   your host as quite often the server receives browser requests but do not respond
   to them.

 * Evidently it had to do with my hosting provider.
