Widgets Reloaded: how to limit the Archive to only one category

The Archives widget in the Widgets Reloaded bundle from Justin Tadlock has a limits option and I wonder whether this can be used to restrict the archive to post from one category. Please hlep me with the right syntax here, thank you!
