401 Response from Hubspot?

    This just happened recently and only for a brief period of time, but some form submissions logged an error that says: Invalid HubSpot Form “FORM-ID-HERE”.

    The default log also says: BigSea\GFHubSpot\GF_HubSpot::process_feed(): Invalid HubSpot Form “FORM-ID-HERE”

    Digging deeper into the custom log, it looks like Hubspot responded with a 401 response, therefore the API call was not able to retrieve the form. What do you think might have caused this? This lasted for a few hours and then was restored.

    Hey ruihangio,

    Sorry about the delay, some staffing changes resulted in a drop in support which we’re getting started back up again. Are you still experiencing issues with a 401 from HubSpot’s API? If I’m not mistaken HubSpot had some technical issues around the time of your issue which probably resulted in that response.

    We released a new version of the plugin today to fix some outstanding issues, if you still experience the 401 response I’d be happy to work with you on a solution.
