4 Stars – Great Support and Regular Updates

I have been using this plugin for my event management website and overall I am satisfied with it.

The customer support is excellent — very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide solutions when needed. In fact, the best customer service is the one you never have to test — but when I did need assistance, their team was fast and professional.

They truly deserve 5 stars for support.The plugin is also regularly updated, which is reassuring.

However, there are occasionally some bugs after updates. In addition, the translation options used to work better in previous versions. As I run a French website, some translations are not always fully optimized or consistent, which requires extra manual adjustments on my side.

For these reasons, I am giving 4 stars overall — but 5 stars for the support team.
