# 4.7 uploading/using media problems

 * Hi, since going to 4.7 a client of mine has a funny issue. With Sermon Manager
   activated, any images uploaded in the Media Library don’t have any dimensions
   or thumbnails! If you try to insert an image into a page/post it’s shown as 1
   ×1 with a blank image!
 * On the install, I deactivated all plugins and switched to the 2015 theme and 
   it was only Sermon Manager causing the problem.
 * The server is using PHP5.5 (I’m going to try and get it onto 5.6 asap).
 * Do you have any ideas?! Many thanks.

 * I’m not sure what caused the issue exactly. I would definitely get to php5.6 
   and see. But make sure that you update to the new 2.0 and let me know if you 
   are still experiencing this issue! Thanks!

 * Thanks James. Not had a chance yet (my client is having issues getting into their
   hosting cpanel, which is another story…!). I’ll give 5.6 (or later!) a try when
   I can…
