    Hello,

After updating to 4.7.2 Slimstat stops working, it shows no statistics.

    Greetings from Germany.

    Hi @norwik,

could you please check your web server error log to see if you can find any clues there? This version of Slimstat applies an update to the main table, to be able to store the new information about cities. Maybe that update did not complete in your case? Could you post a list of the columns you have in wp_slim_stats?

Please click on the Refresh button below the date range.

After the update no stats in the Access Log are shown unless the Refresh button is clicked.

EDIT: Refresh must also be pressed in Overview, Audience, Site Analysis and Traffic Sources.

I see the the count of visitors (JS charts) but all other stats or data is empty, like visitors activity, traffic at glance and so on.

The roll back to 4.7.1 doesn’t work (overwrting the files, ftp).

    If I try that:

ALTER TABLE wp_slim_stats ADD COLUMN city VARCHAR(255) DEFAULT NULL AFTER country, ADD COLUMN location VARCHAR(36) DEFAULT NULL AFTER country

I get the mesaage: Duplicate column name ‘location’

Do you have Async mode enabled in the settings?

Jason you nailed it, great… excellent 🙂

Async was enabled. I have disabled Async and all data and stats is visible now.

A BIG THANKS to you Jason!
