    With BunnyCDN plugin installed, a 3rd party code found while testing my site on Google Page Speed is loading from Sumo.com, it’s 392KB of code. If I deactivate the BunnyCDN plugin Sumo is not there when re-running the Google Page Speed test. I’ve contacted Sumo and they have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone shed some light on this?

    It’s only showing up on Google Page Speed, the 3rd party code does not show up on webpagetest.org or http://www.pingdom.com results which is confusing.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, we had the same issue and this is what BunnyCDN replied in a support ticket:
    =========
    Unfortunately, this is a known issue that we have already submitted a patch for. The domain b-cdn.net is incorrectly detected as Sumo as they are also our client, but that is not the case and is a false positive. You can see the issue here https://github.com/patrickhulce/third-party-web/issues/66 This should get merged onto the Google PageSpeed Insight soon so that it will no longer incorrectly detect our domain.

    You can safely ignore the Sumo warning as it’s not something that is actually added and we don’t modify your website or files in any way.

    I hope that helps and sorry to worry you.

    @bertjuhh thanks for the info and link. I’ll relay this to the guy at Sumo.com I’ve been speaking with. Good to know it’s just a bug.
