    Does this plugin include the 3DS2 payments that are becoming a legal requirement
   next year. I understand 3DS2 to be a more user friendly version of 3DS1

   includes changes to SCA that were developed in late-2019. If 3DS2 is prompted
   for the transaction then it will be used.
