Are you using real card numbers in your testing or would you have Stripe in test mode? * I ask as 3DS confirmation would only appear if the card or issuing bank requires it. With Stripe you can put it in test mode, ideally on a staging copy of your site, to then use a test card number that would trigger a 3DS confirmation form. The site is already running for 18 months and working fine. We processed a lot of orders but in the last time we recognized that some payments do not work properly. I looked into it and could reproduce the problem. If a 3DS2 fullfillment is required the necessary box/iframe/popup never shows up. The > order is not fulfilled :(. * This is quite worrying! * I tested this on my own site and, if I use one of the cards that Ryan linked earlier while in test mode, I am able to successfully see the 3DS prompt. This makes me think that this particular issue could be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.   The best way to determine this is to: - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/) - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce - Repeat the action that is causing the problem * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. I think I found the problem. It had to do with the German Markets Plugin in some way. I disabled parts of it and I think it is working now but unfortunately I am now missing the “2nd confirmation” page before finally confirming an order that is mandatory in the EU. Do you may know a solution for that in WooCommerce? They could ideally investigate and fix this issue where their plugin and the 2nd confirmation feature would work together with 3DS. 🙂 * Does that help clarify and make sense? 3DS works as expected in Stripe with certain settings disabled in the German Markets Plugin.
