3D popup disappears, payments don’t go through

    Hello, I have been trying to adjust 3D payments on my website. I enabled the 1st Radar rule to show 3D authentication if it is required. I tested my website in a test mode with a test card. For a moment it looks like it is loading a popup which immediately disappears and brings me back to the checkout page and empty credit card fields.
    I am losing many customers due to this and don’t know what to do. Please help!

    I also tried to switch to Stripe for Woocommerce plugin, but the problem is the same. Normal test cards go through smoothly, the problem is when I use a 3D required card.

    Hi, I found out it was WOOF product filter plugin and its code snippet to child functions.php file that created a conflict with Stripe. I removed it and now in test mode 3D seems to be working fine. Thank you anyway! 🙂
