Support » Plugin: Vrm 360 3D Model Viewer » 3D Models (.obj or .mtl or both combined in zip) not showing

  • Hi,
    I am trying to use VRM 360 plugin to show 3D images on my page. But I am unable to do so. I have tried many ways and are given below:-
    1) Tried uploading .obj file. After uploading file I took the path of that file and placed it in like this-> [vrm360 canvas_name=s1 model_url=http://enlyft.custompergolabuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/8W x 8L Sunblocker.obj aspect_ratio=1.33333 hide_cmds=zoom,fullscreen]
    which didn’t work.

    So I read from here (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/textures-and-materials-not-displaying/) and tried uploading .zip file where .obj & .mtl files are enclosed together.
    The shortcode was created and was shown like this-> [vrm360 canvas_name=s1 model_url=http://enlyft.custompergolabuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/8W x 8L Sunblocker.obj aspect_ratio=1.33333 hide_cmds=zoom,fullscreen]

    Could you please help me with what exactly is wrong with this? Why am I not able to view 3D images instead of the spinning wheel?

    don’t use spaces in the obj file name (the same for the mtl file name);
    puth both on your location

    you also need to check inside your mtl file the path of your materials… my suggestion is try with the demo file included with the plugin and see if it is working… after that try to investigate in your obj & mtl file issue
