3CX error after updating the Plugin

Good day 3CX Team! Great job on putting up this great plugin.
After updating the plugin earlier this day, Our site is having an error. 3CX Live Chat is not working. Error displayed on the console was
“Failed to contact https://tech2go.3cx.asia:5001/MyPhone/c2cinfo?c2cid=solutionsteam. Please check phonesystem-url parameter and ensure CORS requests are allowed from current domain.”

However, when I’m viewing the site on my mobile phone 3CX Live Chat is working fine.
I tried deactivating the plugin and activated it but it doesn’t solve the issue.

Hello @jerrald

Thank you for your feedback.
Please verify that on you 3CX Management Console > Settings > WordPress, you have defined the URL of your website, exactly as you access it.
Can you please share with us your website URL ?

@wordpress3cx Good day, please check attached image. The error still exist on the website, but when I’m viewing the site through my mobile phone the 3CX Live Chat and Talk is working fine.

I’ve accessed your site both on mobile and desktop, and I can see that in both cases the plugin is working as it should. What is the exact error that you get on desktop?

However, you accessed our site and saw that the plugin is working. I think this is a plugin conflict issue.

Hello @jerrald ,

I really cannot replicate your issue. I do access the site https://tech2go.ph either on desktop or mobile, and the plugin is working just fine.
Do you access the site with the https://tech2go.ph or you use an alternative URL. If you use a different URL than the one that is specified in your settings (https://pasteboard.co/Ict5J26.jpg) then you will get this kind of messages.

Yes, I always access the site with the same url specified on the settings.

As I said the scenario is not reproducible on our case. Can you please check on a different network or on a different device?

My click to chat and call is not working at all…
I have installed everything correctly…
Some people can use it others cant

We are expecting the input on what are those cases that are not working. As we’ve specified in our specifications, Internet Explorer is not supported.
