    I have had nothing but problems since I installed this version. The custom fields don’t load right, the CSS doesn’t work right, and for some reason, there’s a feed on the top right of my admin screens running stupid quotes like “you’re still going strong”,

    it’s not a feed – that is the hello dolly plugin activated

    as for the other problems, seems all files didn’t make it
