Move blog categories to header

    How do I move blog categories to my header… here’s what I’d like…

    Header button that is “Blog” which shows the main feed. Then child sub links under that which show the other categories in the blog like so.

    Blog
    ->Habits
    ->My life
    ->Recipes
    ->Products

    Here’s my site right now…
