Adding entries to Spam Karma’s blacklist

I am using Spam Karma 2.0 and for some reason I can’t manage to add items to the content blacklist. I’m not sure if my regexps are wrong (it’s been a long time since I played with regular expressions) or what. I’d like to be able to add strings to the blacklist, like…oh, say…poker, viagra, etc. I know WP has its own blacklist on the Discussion Options page, but I’d prefer to have only one blacklist.

How would I add entries to the Regex Blacklist or the Regex Content Blacklist, and what’s the difference between them? I guess what I’m looking for is information that would go on this Codex page if that page had anything on it.

(Yes, I realize there are other places I could ask this question, but the WP forums have many readers and possibly others will come looking for help here.)
