• Hi,
how can I change the opacity on the background of a div, but not the entire div’s content?
I want a black background with an opacity of 60% but the content within it should be 100%. I can’t use background-opacity but is there another option?
Since older versions of Explorer can’t display png’s that is not a possibility.

  • Older versions of explorer can display png’s used as background images properly by using “png fix” scripts which there are plenty of out there. Try googling png fix for ie.

Thanks! I have made a search and will try it tomorrow. Don’t really like the idea of including more scripts but I think it’s the best way..
