[Plugin: eShop] cannot calculate shipping

    Hello elfin.

    I have a problem to activate the shipping cost’s.
    I have some items whith settingsç – Shipping Rate “A”-

    In – Shipping Rates – I have checked:
    – Shipping Zones by: CountryState/County/Province –
    – Default Zone for unknown: State/County/Province 1 –
    – Method 3 ( one overall charge no matter what quantity is ordered ).-

    In – Shipping Classes and Zones – I have – A (Overall charge) $.7.99 $.7.99 $.7.99 $.7.99 $.7.99 –

    In – Code Country – is – US United States 1 –
    – Filter All –

    In – Shipping Zones- All zones marked – 1- and – Set State/County/Province – is United Stares.

    After configuring all the settings, the shipping shows $0.00 instead of $7.99.

    Do you have any idea what is going wrong?

    hmmm have you actually entered: $.7.99 in the shipping rates? or 7.99 ?

    The Shipping rates takes only numbers. The report was cut and paste from the shipping rates screen page.

    then no I can’t figure out why this is happening – very strange. It isn’t something I can replicate.

    However, I have tweaked that side of the shipping calculation in the next version, so might be worth testing with it to see if it fixes this as well.

    Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and it works now.
    But I lost all data items.
    I have to re enter averything from the start 🙁 .
    It should be a way to backup a portion of the data base before uninstall.

    well if you uninstall then of course all data will get lost(and there are warning put on the uninstall page). Deactivating on the other hand doesn’t remove data.
