3.9 some post title menu's not changing color on hover

    Just updated to 3.9 and rather odd but some of the post titles won’t change color on hover while others will.

    I am also experiencing the same issue as others not being able to update post also.

    Your post titles won’t change color because you visited them. Your theme’s CSS file is configured to show visited post titles as the same color as the hover state. Since the hover and visited states are the same color (#FFFFFF) it appears as though nothing happens on visited links.
