[Resolved] 3.9-beta1 Page/Post Editor: hidetb reversed meaning from 3.8

  • The value of hidetb in wp_user_settings in wp_usermeta has reversed its meaning in Version 3.9, when compared to Version 3.8.1 of WordPress.

In Version 3.8.1, a value of zero meant no second row of icons in Page/Post Editor, AKA Kitchen Sink. A Value of One meant display the kitchen sink.

In Version 3.9-beta1, a value of zero means display the kitchen sink, and a value of one means don’t display the kitchen sink.

Is this a bug I should be reporting in Trac, or an intended behaviour I need to account for in one of my plugins?
