Search function not working after changing theme

    Hi,

    I had some problems with WP search function and I finally got to the root of my problem. Search is not working correctly because of my theme.

    I would like to ask for some help regarding this issue. I haven’t made any big code changes, not search.php anyway.

    Could some guru please take a look ?

    I added WP default search widget to side bar as well, but it looks and acts same as that located in top right corner of page (code is located in header.php)
