[Plugin: Buddypress-Ajax-Chat] Where to donate $5 & get plugin w/o adsense code?

Hi, in the FAQ section, you say that if I donate $5 I can get the download of the plugin without the adsense code, but the link on there (http://dynamicendeavorsllc.com/premium/bp_chat_no_adsense/) is just a feed or something. Where do I go to donate the $5 and get the adsense-free download of the plugin?
