Following my Blog (RSS and other simple feeders)

I’m enjoying building my site and in the early stages I found a way to send my posts out via RSS or other feed tool. For the life of me, I have gone mental and cannot find right now nor comprehend the myriad of social networking choices and configurations.

I remain a lone avoider of Facebook, Tweets and Linked-in’s – maybe some day, probably sooner than later. Anyway,

What I want is a simple RSS feeder (link) as part of my sidebar so people can receive my periodic rantings. I saw it a while back when playing around with the standard wordpress theme but can’t find it now. So, I downloaded and activated the Follow-me plugin. Looks right up my alley for RSS and expanding to social networks, but am a bit ignorant to configuring it. Since I am using the inline posts plugin (posts on pages), I don’t know if one RSS URL will suffice for all my posts.

Help sought on appropriate plug-in and configuration.
