Header and Footer Issues on Page Outside of WordPress

I’ve just built a site for a moving company with an integrated online quoting system that I was not able to embed into a WordPress page. So, I had to copy the header and footer info, paste it before and after the code for the quote, and this single page now lives outside of WordPress.

This works, other than the spacing with the header and footer. As you’ll see, the top nav is now below the header image, instead of to the right of it, and in the footer, the right side of the footer is again below the left. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
