Pictures & galleries plug-ins. Recommendations needed..

Just installed WordPress tonight, and I was amazed how easy it was to get things running with my limited php knowledge.

I’m off on a trip to Europe from Canada in 4 days, and myself and my wife would love to add some gallery/pictures to the blog.

I see there are a couple dozen plug-ins available to do this sort of thing, but am hoping for some recommendations on what is most current, etc. Last thing I need is a php-meltdown 4 days before my flight.. 😉
