WordPress Backup Suggestion?

    I’ve recently started my blog (peatbog.net) and am somewhat concerned about my server going down or something and losing everything.

    Anyone have suggestions for WP plugins that create a backup and then FTP it to my laptop daily, every other day, twice a week… whatever frequency. What have others used?
