Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
I’ve got a similar problem. New site http://yellowstonerivercouncil.org/news/ will eventually be moved to the root directory. For now I’m trying to set up a feed for this blog on their web site. However, from what I am reading, I should be able to access the feed here. http://yellowstonerivercouncil.org/news/feed/ Although I get nothing. We are currently on the default theme and no plugins are installed as of yet. It really could not be a more simple site at this point. I’ve read post after post and although problems sound similar, their solutions don’t seem to affect my problem.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
@esmi
It seems to be a problem with a plugin, thanks so much for your help!
