[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Description Not Showing

Installed this wonderful plugin on 1 site and the widget display was correct with the Description under the title. Installed on 2nd site and it’s not displaying and I can’t find where to enable it (since it says it will display if it is enabled)

Settings between the sites look identical
