[Resolved] 3.8.1 upgrade is messed up – permission problems

  • Downloading update from https://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.8.1-no-content.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

Warning: copy(/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 217

The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-admin/includes/update-core.php

    Installation Failed

I am getting dirs wit apache:apache user/group and this can only come from the unpacked file (we use different user/group).
Something is not right with this update.
