3.8 WYSIWYG help

    I have two sites that have been updated to 3.8 and I am have WYSIWYG similar problems on each. Basically it will not switch from visual to text, the add media will not work. One site has no plug ins installed and I tried switching themes, problem continued throughout!!

    This sounds like your javascript is broken. Most likely due to a plugin or theme incompatibility. You can see if other javascript items are broken as well:

    1. Can you expand/collapse the help tab at the top right of the screen?
    2. Can you drag metaboxes around the ‘edit post’ page?

    If not.. it’s definitely a javascript issue.

    If you have truly deactivated ALL of your plugins.. AND switched to the WP default theme… then try also manually clearing your browser cache.
