 * I’m not able to find the theme editor in WordPress 3.8. In WordPress 3.7 this
   is how I was able to get to theme editor so I could edit a theme: Dashboard >
   Appearance > Editor.
 * Where do I find theme editor in WordPress 3.8?
 * Did I install 3.8 incorrectly?
