[Plugin: Customize Your Community] Username and Password fields different lengths?

When I am using this plugin to theme the login page, the PASSWORD field is visually shorter in length than the USERNAME when viewing in IE (they are the same length when in Firefox).

Does anyone know why this is and how to solve this (because who doesn’t love perfectly lined up fields!!!???) 🙂
