    Hello,
    For anyone who is using the Powerpress plugin for podcasting…a question.
    it was working just fine went I first went live with my magazine (http://www.flabmag.com) but now I am having trouble getting mp3s to load. I keep getting an “Operation Timed Out” when I click the “verify” file button beside the Media URL field.

    The URL address to file is correct. I have the settings set to Normal and the one pixel player selected. All of the other files that I uploaded and added to posts for the initial launch are functioning online. So it’s reading the connection but will not let me load any new mp3s.

    I did auto upgrade the plugin. Then reset the settings, clicked save. And still nothing. One thing I did recently was change the permalink structure for the site to Numeric which added /archives/%post_id% to the “custom Structure” field without me clicking the radio button beside “custom structure”….maybe this did something to throw off how the plugin reads permalinks?

    Anyone know and is there a fix? Maybe deactivate the plugin, clear the cache and then reinstall?

    The time out error when you use the ‘Verify’ feature indicates that the URL you specified did not download in a timely fashion. PowerPress settings would not effect this.

    Can you reply with the specific media URL you were trying to use so we can investigate?
