How to change (more…) to “Read More Here >>”

Making a blog here:

http://www.healthandmuscle.com/

We are using the “more” tag within posts to determine how much text we want visible on the home page of the blog for each post.

It adds a (more…) under the post.

I would prefer it to be like they have here:

http://labrada.com/blog/

Where it says “Read More »”

How/Where do we change that?
