call home page

I use PHP to create a page and use the exec-php too make it work. This page checks if a user has completed their profile. I not it takes them there through a require. If their profile is ok, I want to send them to the home page. I am not sure when to require to get them there. I have tried a number of things bt none has worked. Any help would be appreciated.
