    Tested in: Firefox 20.0 (Mac OS X), Chrome 26.0.1410.43 (Mac OS X)
    Themes tested: Twenty Thirteen, SemPress (from the WP directory)
    WordPress install: Clean install on MAMP, new database, no plug-ins. 3.6-beta1-23919 and 3.6-beta1-23927

    == Problems ==
    1. Pasting Embed code snippet from Youtube (both current code and old) in the Video Post Format »Video embed code or URL« field and hitting save (or update) will render the field empty.

    2. Pasting Embed code snippet from Vimeo and Metacafe in the Video Post Format »Video embed code or URL« field and hitting save (or update) will strip everything except links and wrap them in a P-tag.

    == UI Suggestions ==
    When uploading a video from your computer, the link to the video will show in the »Video embed code or URL« field. To remove a video from the post, you need to remove the URL and update. A more user friendly way would be a remove button in the Post Video Format UI. The user will get a visual indication of where to remove the video like in the media library.

    See screenshot: http://cl.ly/O6JO (Super quick mockup)

    Also, when uploading a video or selecting from the media library the The fields for Title, Heading and description does nothing.
