Lightweight video player?

I’m looking for a really simple video player to add to a WP page. The video (either in QT, Flash, or H264) will be hosted on my own server, just want something reliable that will present it for viewers. The keys are lightweight and ease-of-use for the widest possible audience.

I have searched for some and come up with a number of possibilities, but thought I’d ask on here for personal preferences rather than spend the trial and error installing and deinstalling them. So, any recs?
