Migration issue

    Hello,

    First of all sorry if i make some mistakes with my english.
    I just migrated a wordpress from a server to another one, keeping the same url. I made a copy of the entire database, and transfered all the files.
    Since, i’m not able to create any new category or post. I’ve some problem with users to. But i’m still able to make modifications (title or content from post or categories…).
    I tried to upload again all the core files but it did not repair anything.
    To resume, all the creation seems to be broken while edition is ok.

    any idea ? or did anybody had the same problem ?

    I tries some other things, and i’m neither able to upload media. There seem to have problem while posting comments to, the comment is well inserted in the db but you’re not redirected to the post after.
    In wp-admin you can see the comment but it’s impossible to approve it. And when i try to edit it, it says that no ID is attached to this comment.
