Blank Dashboard

Is anyone else getting a blank dashboard in their wp-admin folder when you logon? I get the latest activity sidebar and the message:

But where there’s usually all the new wordpress announcements theres empty space. I just did a fresh install of WP with the latest stable version. This isn’t really big deal but I just want to make sure everything is working 🙂
