A PLUGIN? Author select best comment so that comment be on top of list?

    I have a multiauthor blog and I would like to offer the opportunity to every author to declare the best comment for each of their post. Is there any kind of plugin or trick to do such a thing?

    yes it would be nice, a plugin with that functionality,
