360 product viewer not working

    I just tried installing the 360 product viewer plugin but I can’t get anything to show up. The plugin was successfully installed and I copied this code [360-product-viewer-fx width=”600″ height=”300″][/360-product-viewer-fx] and pasted it on my page according to the installation steps, yet no image or sign of viewer .

    Is there any support available for this Plugin or any website of the developer? If there would be, we would consider donating but with support for this Plugin we rather not use it.
