3.6 upgrade fails

    when upgrading to 3.6 I get the following message:

    Warning: copy(/homepages/14/d241776098/htdocs/app92035481/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/14/d241776098/htdocs/app92035481/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 200

    I am guessing I should install manually but don’t know how. Is there a FAAQ somewhjere that tells me how to do it.
