 * Sorry – no. Why bother with the UK version? The differences are so slight as 
   to be unnoticeable.

 * Yes. The update contains 13 bug fixes and some security patches. Personally, 
   I have never bothered with the UK version – despite the fact that both I and 
   most of my clients are in the UK.
