Plugins for automatic image resize and placement

My question is this: I want to utilize a plugin that will act as the image tool on facebook.

I want my users to be able to upload images that will be resized and placed on their profile pages, in specific places. Basically, I don’t want to worry about manually adding 100’s of images a week… I want an application to do it for me.

Any suggestions?
