[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Changeset [12732] breaks Plugin in Dashboard?

After updating to Changeset [12732] in Trunk the WP Super Cache Plugin in the Dashboard cannot find the right URL for wp-content..

it says:

Warning! /++/htdocs/++/html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php does not exist or cannot be updated.

i think its something about file_get_contents but i`m not very familiar with it..

maybe i`m wrong that his changeset is the cause for this strange new message in the supercache dashboard but it only shows up after uploading the new edited files from trunk.
